NCAA Final Four Preview: West Virginia Mountaineers vs. Duke Blue Devils

The West Virginia Mountaineers and the Duke Blue Devils will both be gunning for a Final Four victory on Saturday when they meet at Lucas Oil Stadium.

Oddsmakers currently have the Blue Devils listed as 3-point favorites versus the Mountaineers, while the game’s total has not yet been posted.

West Virginia scored 45 points in the second half to pull out a 73-66 win over Kentucky and advance to the Final Four last time out. West Virginia won that game as 4-point underdogs, and the 139 points made it OVER the posted total of 134.

Da’Sean Butler had 18 points for West Virginia on the day, and Joe Mazzulla collected 17 points in that win.

Duke defeated Baylor 78-71 as a 5-point favorite last time out in the Elite Eight. The combined score went OVER the posted over/under total (137.5).
