It was far from a breeze, but the Miami Heat fought their way to a 1-1 tie in the Finals Thursday night. Now they’ll head back to South Beach with a little more support from the NBA odds as they prepare for Game 3 on Sunday.

Having jumped out of the gates aggressive in each of their first two games, the Heat will have to find a way to stay competitive for a full 48 minutes when they square off against the Oklahoma City Thunder for the next of their best-of-seven set.

There’s a reason the Thunder clawed their way to the top of the NBA futures, and we’ve seen it down the stretch in the form of young superstars Kevin Durant and Russell Westbrook.

Can the Heat come through on the NBA betting line that’s favored consistently since the beginning of the regular season? Even now that the Thunder have emerged as more than capable of beating them on any given night?

OKC’s stronger postseason may have vaulted them ahead of the Eastern Conference Champions on the NBA odds, but so long as LeBron James and company are healthy, a favorite is far from discernible.
