Welcome to the 8th Annual NFL Handicapping Classic. This Contest has been around for a long time and was started by The General at Freewinners.com. When General left for a job offer at another site Dirty and Spooky kept it running at Freewinners until 2005. In the fall of 2005 the Contest followed Dirty and General to their new place of employment and was ran for 3 football season. With the Opening of Gambling IQ and the addition of a Great New Sponsor, Looselines, we are proud to say the Tradition of this contest will keep on. Many players have been in this contest every year (or almost) it has been held and we expect that to continue and grow with our new site. HOW TO ENTER

1. Entry fee is $200. The $100 will be moved into a special Contest account at Looselines. For signing up and Playing in this great contest at Looselines they are going to Match the Prize money 100% (6X rollover) to give us a Higher Payout. The Other $100 in Cash will be left in your account for you to play with. You will Still receive any deposit bonuses.
   
2. Sign Up for an Account at Gambling IQ - Online Gambling, Sports Betting, Casinos, and Poker so you can post on the forums
   
3. Open an Account at Looselines and Deposit Money in your Account.
4. Email Customer service at cs@looselines.com and ask them to transfer Money from your account into account #L66045
5. Once you have gotten confirmation from Looselines please email dirty@gamblingiq.com with your Posting name and Looselines Account Number
6. DEADLINE TO ENTER IS SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 7, 2008 AT 12 NOON!!!!!

Format

• The Contest will Start on Thursday, September 4, 2008 and will run for the 17 weeks of the NFL Season
• Each player will make 5 selections (sides or Totals) each week. That is 85 Total plays for each poster for the Season
• If there is a Thursday or Saturday Game the Pick must be in by Game time. Otherwise all Plays have to be Posted by 12:55 EST on Sunday of Each Week (Including the MNF game). ANY LATE PLAYS WILL BE COUNTED AS A LOSS
• Any week you don't make plays or the required number of plays they will be counted as Losses.
• All Lines will be Posted by Wednesday of Each week and will not be changed. In the case that a game is off the board it will be added as soon as it becomes available.
• ALL ROTATION NUMBERS, TEAMS AND LINES MUST BE POSTED WITH EACH PLAY OR IT WILL BE GRADED AS A LOSS!!!!! NO EXCEPTIONS!!!!
• Highest Winning Percentage will determine the winners.
• If there is a tie at the End of the Season we will Go each week into the playoffs until there is a Winner. (Prizes can be split if agreed upon by each party
• If any other Problems arise other than covered in these rules then the GIQ Moderators will make a ruling. That decision is Final!!!!

Prizes

The 100% Match Portion of the Prize money will have the Following Rollover requirements. The Cash Portion is available for Immediate Withdrawal

• 6X Rollover in the Sportsbook and Racebook
• 20X Rollover in the Casino and Blackjack rooms

Prize money will consist of All Post up Funds and Payouts will be based on Players.

• 30 and less players we will payout 3 spots -- 70%/20%/10%
• 31-40 players we will payout 4 spots -- 65%/20%/10%/5%
• 51 or more players we will payout 5 spots -- 60%/25%/10%/5%
