I think that clock ruling had had an influence on Harrigton's bad third and fourth shots on 16.......Especially that fourth shot that went in the drink was the nail in the coffin.

as doc said earlier... BS rules by the PGA... someone can sit at home adn call them up and if they review it and find something they will assess the penalty
