old comptor died , had the new dell, but wouldnt go on line ,had to call timewarner and do some stuff, that worked,but didnt have email ,called back and had to go thur all kinds of shit ,guy talked me thur all kinds of shit. was all set but had no sound ,so called dell and he asked if i got speakers with computor i said no. the f/n guy takes over my computor and did all kinds of shit move the mouse around going thur shit to make the old dell speakers work ,was pretty cool ,i just watched the mouse go all over hell. lost all my old email and passwords etc f/uk

I backup backups that I had already backed up. And go and make another backup just for GP!
I hate losing things (data) that was only because of my own human error! External hard drives, network storage, flash drives CD/DVD hard copies ....they're worth they're weight in gold!
