Looking to ante up at a couple more outs, and wanting to support the site, I decided to send some money to BOL today. Because the industry is somewhat volatile, I did what any smart gambler would do and checked 'em out at SBR. An A- there is better than an A++ at Damian Dunlap.com, so I felt secure with my money. It is readily apparent that the posters are the real watchdogs, but a rating at SBR is second to a testimonial, IMO.

I've never played there, and they said their minimum to deposit with reimbursement of fees is 300. So I figure that's what I'd deposit to give them a dance. Unfortunately, "Gambling IQ" wasn't listed in their drop down box of referrals, so I had to hit "other" and type the boys in myself. Cooper, Pete and Deeds...you guys should look into that.

Anyhow, I used MG as a method of deposit, and there were some complications. But rather than make me suffer through the correction of those complications, they got on the phone with MG and sorted it out themselves. Considering I'm a 300 dollar player and not some whale, it's a big deal to get that kind of service.

Also really looking forward to the -105 option (you can also choose big bonus) for CFB once it starts.

was very happy with their CS...their english was top notch. i guess my only issue was in between my opening the account at 11 and depositing at 5, they called me twice to see why I hadn't deposited. but going the extra mile to work out the MG issue more than makes up for the hard sell, IMO.

I have an extra 5 minutes before I head out the door today, so here I am.
Been with Betonline since they were Bestline some 8 or 9 years ago.
I have enjoyed my time with them, customer service has been generally good with just one snafu in those years. W/D's have come as scheduled without a problem
What I really like is their mostly across the board reduced vig (-105). I chose this option over getting any & all bonuses and do think it is the way to go. Do the math, guys !
Software is easy to read, password storage which is nice and the site has a minimum of problems.
As seems to be the norm nowadays, it does time out rather quickly. If there's one thing I would change, with all houses, it's that.
I use them pretty much every day.
